    Beautiful article. I’m all about finding ourselves and mostly finding the happiest version of ourselves. I’ve spent 4 years promoting my own happiness and although the last 8 months have been difficult I am determined to embrace this and learn to love myself again

      Yes we have to be deliberate about being happy. We will have good and bad days, but it is how we deal with the bad days that will make the difference. Hang in there you will be ok

    I’ve been trying to work on my mantras lately!! It’s such a hard thing for me, dealing with depression and negative thoughts a lot of the time. Thanks for these new mantras I can add to my growing arsenal!!
